Family to entertain seniors

FALLBROOK — At the December 9 regular senior citizens’ meeting at the Fallbrook Senior Center, George McLaughlan, his daughter Diane Dewenter and her three young daughters will entertain with a medley of Christmas songs.

Ten seniors will win tickets for that day’s lunch. The meeting begins at 10 a.m., the entertainment at 10:30.

Bingo will be played from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Cards are $1, no limit. There will be many interesting prizes for the winners and refreshments will be served.

The Knit Wits will meet at 10 a.m. on December 10. Donations of good yarn are always appreciated and can be left in the center’s office. The group has been knitting and crocheting for three years and all items are donated to dependents of servicemen and women at Camp Pendleton.
