I want your thoughts, outlook

The new year will be here very soon and with it a new job for me. I am grateful for the support of the many in Fallbrook who gave me this opportunity to represent them on the Fallbrook Community Planning Group and be prepared to convey to the County Board of Supervisors our vision of what the character of Fallbrook really means.

I want to do this job well so I need to hear your thoughts and outlook on items that come before our Planning Group.

Life can be demanding, but keeping abreast of the issues that are presented for consideration and recommendation is only a newspaper away.

Realizing that changes do occur but keeping the character of Fallbrook in tact for our children is the responsibility of every caring Fallbrook resident.

The agenda for the subcommittees is published the first Thursday of the month and the Fallbrook Planning Group meeting’s agenda is in the second Thursday issue of the Village News. The planning group meets the third Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at Live Oak School.

Help by taking an active interest in the future of our Fallbrook. This is our home and apathy should not rule out your help in shaping its future.

Watch the Village News for those agendas with key issues that could change our entire community. Understand how we can recommend and convey our wishes to people downtown who wield the final say and could change our community forever without your input.
