Learn how to boost your immune system

FALLBROOK- Dr. Wes Youngberg, director of the Rancho Wellness Center and Lifestyle Medicine Clinic at Rancho Family Medical Group in Temecula in Fallbrook will present a free seminar January 3, from 3 to 5 p.m., in order to share simple steps that can dramatically boost one’s immune system and lower risk of pneumonia, flu and even the common cold. Dr. Youngberg will outline simple strategies that have been shown to lower the risk of pneumonia by as much as 70%.
