CWA vote entitlement percentage drops slightly for Rainbow, FPUD, Pendleton

When the San Diego County Water Authority board approved the 2009 vote entitlement for SDCWA member agencies December 18, the Rainbow Municipal Water District (RMWD), the Fallbrook Public Utility District (FPUD), and Camp Pendleton all saw slight decreases in their

weighted votes compared to the agencies’ 2008 vote entitlement.

The RMWD will have a 4.18 percent share of the CWA weighted vote during Calendar Year 2009 board meetings. The district had a 4.20 percent weighted vote for 2008. FPUD’s weighted vote will drop from 2.51 percent to 2.50 percent while Camp Pendleton’s share of the vote w...
