I recommend Excelair

Just before Christmas the forced air furnace in our semi-new home stopped working. After we called a repairman we knew and waited two days in vain for his return call, we called Excelair.

Not only did someone answer the phone immediately, a repairman came out the same day. He spent several hours in the frigid attic checking the wiring on the complicated furnace and left with our home in cozy comfort.

The next day, again, no heat. The Excelair repairman came back at once and, after further testing, discovered a faulty switch which he replaced the same day.

An added bonus was the instructions he gave us in the use of the furnace. In an effort to reduce heating expenses, we had closed vents in rooms not used and further shut the doors. In so doing, the diminished air circulation put undue stress on the furnace switch, thereby burning it out.

If it was not for the prompt and excellent service provided by Fallbrook’s own Excelair, our Christmas would have been cold and bleak.

We highly recommend Alex Kuhtarev and Rick Woody of Excelair. At a time when local businesses need our help, call this company for any heating or cooling needs.
