Healthy Woman event to focus on exercise

FALLBROOK — Start the year off right by attending the January 22 Healthy Woman “Ladies’ Night Out” event hosted by Club Paradise Fitness Express at 706 South Main.

Learn the importance of exercise and how to prevent common sports injuries with speakers Dr. Frank Winton, MD, Graybill Medical Group and member of Fallbrook Hospital medical staff, and Suzy McIntosh, fitness coach/manager, Club Paradise Fitness Express.

The event is from 5:30 to 7 p.m., is free of charge and includes social and networking opportunities, food, fun and door prizes. Bring a canned food item to assist the Fallbrook Food Pantry, which provides food for those in need.
