Horsemanship instruction offered

FALLBROOK — Fallbrook Community Center and Gayle Lawrence are offering four horsemanship classes this winter/spring.

For 3- to 6-year-olds and parents, the six-week “Mom & Me Horsemanship” class will introduce young riders to the basics of safety and riding under the guidance of a certified instructor. One-hour classes meet at various times on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Saturdays.

Horsemanship specifically for Girl Scouts and Brownies is set for Saturdays in February and March.

Lawrence has also scheduled Saturday Junior Horsemanship Day Camps from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on March 14, 21 and 28.

Lawrence’s “Kids Horsing Around” facility, located in Fallbrook, offers a safe, clean, training facility and fun experience for young riders.
