Public invited to discuss FUHSD budget

FALLBROOK — The Fallbrook Union High School District (FUHSD) is planning to hold budget planning and information sessions to inform stakeholders of the potential fiscal impact of the state budget on the district and to seek input from all sources to assist in coping with these budget reductions.

Two meetings, which are open to the public, have been scheduled.

The first will take place at 3 p.m. on Thursday, January 22. The second meeting will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3.

The location for both meetings is room 201 at the high school.

At these meetings, in addition to presenting the latest budget news from the state, FUHSD administration will welcome the public’s ideas and suggestions on how to deal with the reduced district budget.

Persons with questions concerning these meetings should contact Chester Gannett, assistant superintendent, business services, at (760) 723-6332 or [email protected].
