FALLBROOK — Make a fitness commitment this year and join a “Get Fit” aerobics, Pilates or yoga class at the Fallbrook Community Center.
Instructor Judy Way has been teaching fitness classes at the Community Center for 15 years and is dedicated to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.
“Get Fit-Stay Fit Dance Aerobics” classes are offered from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This class is a combination of yoga, Pilates, cardio and weight training set to lively music in a fun atmosphere.
“Healing Yoga” is offered beginning in February at a new time, from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. on Mondays, and is great for both beginners and intermediates. This class is an excellent way to experience the benefits of stretching, toning and strengthening through yoga.
Both classes offer walk-in registration and only cost $9 per class or $80 per 10-class card.

Because class sizes are limited, participants are encouraged to register early.
