A hassle-free DMV experience in Fallbrook

The family-owned business of West Coast Auto Registration Services has successfully met the needs of customers in both their Fallbrook and Camp Pendleton offices.

The business’s daily goal is to ensure that all clients walk away with a stress-free Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) transaction.

“We try to make the DMV experience a little easier for our customers by being a liaison, in a sense, between the DMV and the general public,” said general manager Matt Beebe.

West Coast Auto is licensed and bonded by the State of California to provide assistance in areas such as instant vehicle registration renewals, vehicle transfers, duplicate plates and stickers and duplicate registrations.

“We can do everything that the DMV can do expect for driver’s license issuance and testing, which is controlled by the state,” Beebe said. “We can pretty much handle any transaction for a vehicle and that is our forte.”

While the Fallbrook location has been in existence for six years, the Camp Pendleton site has been quite busy serving Marines for three years.

Because the office is located on the military base, explained Beebe, it is very convenient for the Marines to receive assistance on a vast array of vehicle registration issues.

For example, this business can step in and take care of vehicle registrations that have expired while a Marine has been deployed. Certain laws are in place that allow soldiers to have resulting late penalties waived.

“We also help the military with out-of-state registrations when they come to California,” added Beebe. “We try to give our Marines the best deal possible and we use our knowledge to work through these back fee penalties.”

Keeping apprised of new vehicle registration laws is critical for this business so they may continue to provide the best possible service.

The Beebe family receives a great deal of satisfaction from helping out the men and women of Camp Pendleton.

While the whole DMV process can be perplexing at times, it’s the job of West Coast Auto to take the confusion out of those transactions.

“It’s satisfying to know that the Marines can come to us and we can help them through any DMV process,” Beebe said. “The Marines are helping us and we just want to be able to give back to them.”

While Beebe’s mother, Cindy, oversees the Camp Pendleton office, Beebe is at the helm of the Fallbrook location.

One tremendous benefit of having this vehicle registration business in town is the absence of long DMV lines.

The family understands that time is precious and they want to make certain each customer’s visit is met with 100 percent satisfaction and accuracy.

“What I like most about this business is helping people solve their DMV issues and problems in a pain-free way,” Beebe said.

Companies with a fleet of commercial vehicles can simplify their business by calling on West Coast Auto. “We can manage these fleets by taking care of their registration renewals,” said Beebe.

Because Beebe and his family reside in Fallbrook, they are devoted to helping the town remain strong.

“I’m really thankful that the Fallbrook community has been so receptive to our services,” he said, “and we will continue to make their DMV experience as easy as possible and a positive one, too.”

West Coast Auto Registration Services’ Fallbrook office is at 1032 South Main Avenue and can be contacted by phone at (760) 728-0012.
