What do you think about an indoor sports complex?

Our family moved to the Bonsall/Fallbrook area just over five years ago from Minnesota. At the time we were impressed by its rural, small town feel. Over the past few years, however, we’ve become increasingly frustrated with the lack of any local facilities that accommodate young, active, sports-minded families.

Through our involvement with Fallbrook NJB, San Luis Rey Downs Tennis Club and recreational programs in neighboring communities, we have seen a need for a family fitness center in this area. We would like to propose to the city planners of both Fallbrook and Bonsall an indoor sports and recreational complex that would have two regulation basketball/volleyball courts as well as two indoor tennis courts. Additional amenities might include a workout room, men’s and women’s locker rooms, saunas and/or steam rooms. This project would be designed to meet the area’s growing need for an alternative youth-focused practice and league play venue. It would also serve as a place where individuals and families are welcome to come get fit and stay active.
