Former model has inspirational message

On February 28 at 10 a.m. at Riverview Church in Bonsall, Jennifer Strickland, speaker, author and former international model, will speak to women and girls (age 13 and up recommended) who struggle with self-image or have daughters who do.

Fifteen years in the modeling industry taught Strickland a lot about the way the world sees women and the way women see themselves.

As a speaker, Strickland shatters the myths of worldly beauty and points women to the mirror of God as she shares the story of her rise in the fashion world and her inspirational climb out of the reckless life that came with her success.
