Rotary provides funds for Uganda hospital, Salvation Army

The Rotary Club of Fallbrook recently presented checks in the amount of $8,088.37, the result of bell ringing at Major Market and Albertsons the three weekends before Christmas, to Capt. Wayne Patterson of the Salvation Army’s North County Coastal District.
The Soroptimist Club of Fallbrook assisted in the red bucket collection.
The holiday season bell-ringing is an annual program for the Fallbrook club.
Also presented at the meeting were funds for surgical equipment for the Holy Innocents Children’s Hospital in Uganda, Africa.
