Rogers earns Silver Congressional Award

Congressman Darrell Issa presents Patrick Rogers of Fallbrook with a Silver Congressional Award Medal on February 17.
Fallbrook resident Patrick Rogers has earned a Silver Congressional Award Medal. This accomplishment took Rogers three years to complete, with more than 200 hours of volunteer service for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life event and the 4-H Community Pride Project.
The Congressional Award program has three levels, Gold, Silver and Bronze, and rewards youth ages 14 to 23 for reaching goals in four program areas: Volunteer Public Service, Personal Development, Physical Fitness and Expedition/Exploration.
