We had a very positive experience when we added some glass/mirrored shelves in our new powder room. It could have been a disaster when we arrived home from a short trip to find that the new vessel (sink) broke into hundreds of pieces when a shelf fell onto it.

We called Tom Payne of Payne Glass on Mission, who installed the shelves. Tom made a new design for the shelves and confirmed he would not only pay for the vessel but for any other costs we might incur to install it.
