FALLBROOK — Fallbrook VFW Ladies’ Auxiliary was pleased to accept a generous donation of cell phones from E-World Recyclers’ latest collection event.
A box full of cell phones was donated for the VFW’s Cell Phones for Soldiers project, which earns one hour of calling time for troops per cell phone.
With the contribution from E-World Recyclers (of Vista) a total of 886 cell phones have been collected.
Used cell phone donations can be dropped off at the VFW between 12 and 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. To apply for phone time to talk with loved ones, call Cell Phones for Soldiers...
