Where is the drought?

Since December 1 through February, I measured 15 inches of rainfall on my property. This is 50 percent above average rainfall. Last year we had average rainfall. My son in Fresno informed me that more than six feet of snow has fallen in the mountains.

Where is this drought condition recently reported by the water authorities? These water authorities are absolute failures. In 1991, San Diego County had a drought condition and their only solution was to conserve water, allow new construction and new customers while waiting 17 years for another drought and we allowed these bums to stay in office....
