FALLBROOK — The San Luis Rey Chapter of National Charity League, Inc. (NCL) is offering its annual college scholarships to senior girls (who are not members of NCL) graduating from the Fallbrook Union High School District.

Senior girls who are eligible must be college-bound to an accredited four-year university, two-year community college or vocational school.
