Camping/RV trip to Ocotillo Wells set for April 4-5

TEMECULA — Cornerstone Motorsports has organized a camping/RV/ATV trip to Ocotillo Wells for the weekend of April 4-5.

The trip is open to anyone who would like to come and stay the night or just come out and hang around for the day. It does not require an RV, ATV or anything – this is fun and fellowship!

A caravan will depart Saturday morning at 9 a.m. from the Carl’s Jr. restaurant at Highway 79 and Interstate 15.

Take 79 East for 42 miles to S-2 (San Felipe Road); turn left and go 17 miles to Highway 78; turn left and go 45 miles; pass the Blu Inn gas station/store and start counting telephone poles ’til you get to pole number seven; turn left on dirt road named Cahuilla Trail and go 1.5 miles to the armadas and bathrooms. Turn right there and drive slowly until you find the group/see the Cornerstone signs.
