Mitchell introduces FUHSD Employees of Month

FALLBROOK — John Coleman and Alfredo Rodriguez were named the Fallbrook Union High School District (FUHSD) Employees of the Month by Superintendent Dale Mitchell at a recent Rotary Club of Fallbrook meeting.

As a sign of his student-leader rapport, Coleman – a social science teacher with the district since 1985 – was selected their Homecoming person by the senior students.

Due to his diligence, regular campus supervisor Rodriguez was responsible for catching a person who was ultimately arrested by the Sheriff for breaking into cars in the student parking lot and being in possession of stolen property from other cars on campus. Since that arrest there have been no further break-ins in campus lots.

The Employee of the Month program is an ongoing effort of the Rotary Club of Fallbrook to encourage and foster excellence in the district’s teachers and employees.
