Club announces auction, dinner gala for May 16

FALLBROOK — Excitement is building as the Boys & Girls Clubs of North County prepares for their annual Auction and Dinner Gala to be held on Saturday, May 16, at Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula.

This year’s theme, “Be Great,” is the highlight of the Club’s fundraising activities. This event benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of North County by providing necessary funds to continue critical programs and activities serving more than 1,500 children and their families in the communities of Fallbrook, Bonsall and Pala. Arlyne Ingold and the Donegan-Burns Foundation are this year’s title sponsors.

The evening will begin promptly at 4 p.m. with a silent auction featuring more than 150 items including sports memorabilia, beauty services, dinners, art, jewelry, plants and much more! The evening will continue with dining, entertainment and a live auction.

Live auction items include, in part, tickets to “The Tonight Show” with Jay Leno in LA, America’s Cup Yacht Adventure, an AKC-certified puppy, a fantasy vacation anywhere in the world and much more.

Entertainment will be provided throughout the evening by the Main Street Swing Band.

Tickets for the auction and dinner are $175 per person. Tables of 10 are available as well. Those purchasing tickets by April 10 will have a chance to win an overnight stay for two at Pechanga for the night of the event.
