FALLBROOK — The next Fallbrook Camera Club meeting will feature Carolyn St. Clair, a professional picture framer. She will demonstrate her matting and framing techniques that are designed to make pictures “pop.”

St. Clair will use member photos to show how using different mats and frames will bring out and enhance each photograph or artwork. She has done work for photo clubs, museums and her gallery, St. Clair Gallery in Lakeside.
