FALLBROOK — The Santa Margarita Inn will offer a luau on Saturday, October 17, beginning at 6 p.m. The event will include a four-course meal and show.

Menu includes hors d’oeuvres, fresh fruit display, mixed greens, Huli Huli Chicken with grilled pineapple, sautéed shrimp with piña colada salsa, Hawaiian mac, steamed rice, Hawaiian dinner rolls, tropical tea, dessert and coffee.

Entertainment will be a one-hour show provided by Puahis, a well-known group that has performed at Disneyland, in Las Vegas and at various Native American casinos.
