The Fallbrook Citizens’ Crime Prevention Committee (FCCPC) is pleased that Fallbrook Sheriff’s Substation Commander Lt. Phil Brust, Sgt. Joe Montion and Deputy Andrew Brumfield are acknowledging and addressing the gang activity which includes violent crime that has plagued a two-mile radius of South Vine for over 27 years.
