SDG&E to hold meeting on new power poles

FALLBROOK — Local residents have reported that SDG&E will hold a community meeting regarding the changing of wood electrical poles to steel ones on October 12 from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at Pala Mesa Resort.

Some residents have filed complaints concerning the size, width and height of the poles and what they claim is a lack of proper notification to neighbors about the placement of the poles.

Areas affected are in the Interstate 15 corridor, Wild Road, Gird Valley, Sycamore Ranch, Via Alicia and Monserate.
