Art studio show offered Oct. 17-18

RAINBOW — Jack, Marilee and Natasha Ragland, longtime residents of Rainbow, will hold a showing of their recent artworks at their studio and home at 5555 8th Street on Saturday and Sunday, October 17 and 18.

Hours will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. The public is welcome. Refreshments will be served and there will be door prizes.

All three of the Raglands have won awards and shown their work at the San Diego County Fair. Jack is an internationally recognized artist, having works in five major museums. Natasha specializes in oil portraits of people and animals. Marilee is best known as a children’s art teacher and will display her computer art along with compositions in various media.
