California has been promised (and threatened) with a long overdue major earthquake and Fallbrook cannot hope to be spared the destruction.

It’s all well and good to be personally prepared with a battery-operated radio, candles and matches, water and Spam, but what about our friendly village?

Is it morbid to ask that we start making a post-quake suggestion list of what improvements we’d like to see, what should be pulled down and what rebuilt, changed, added? That would put us ahead of the catastrophe. Time is fast running out.
