FALLBROOK — A free diabetes class will be offered on Monday, November 9, from 10 a.m. to noon in English and from 1 to 3 p.m. in Spanish.

Individuals newly diagnosed with diabetes or those wanting a refresher are invited to attend along with a family member.

The Education Department Classroom at Fallbrook Hospital, located off the Emergency Room lobby, is the location. Topics include food, medications, monitoring, blood sugars, activity, complications and more.
