FALLBROOK — Joseph F. Littell, a member of the Rotary Club of Fallbrook since December 1998, was awarded his Paul Harris Fellow +6 pin at a recent club meeting. Making the presentation was Fallbrook Rotary International Director Connie Fish.

Paul Harris was the founder of Rotary. The Paul Harris Award is given to individuals who contribute $1,000 to the foundation.

For each additional $1,000 contribution, they are awarded a pin noting the number of such contributions they have made. The funds are used for many international projects, the most significant being the eradication of polio....
