Phillip Eben Foster, son of Phillip and Kitty Foster, and Shaneen Rai Brown, daughter of Rex Brown and Linda McBride, are engaged to be married on November 20 in Rainbow.

The couple has been together for three years.

Shaneen is a schoolteacher at Hillcrest Academy in Temecula and Eben is a realtor for Sunshine Properties GMAC in Fallbrook.

The couple will honeymoon in Mexico and reside in Fallbrook.
