Bello Lei Salon offers the perfect escape for a day of beautifying, pampering and invigorating indulgence. This salon and day spa, located inside the historic Sun Center, circa 1882, integrates classic vintage flair with modern décor.

Celebrating its first year in business, owner Joyce Fitzgerald admits to having an amazing time creating a place that many clients cherish today. From the ground up, Fitzgerald crafted every single concept and design in her establishment.

“I’m really excited to say that within a year, I have built a full-service salon and spa,” she said. “You can come to Bello Lei Salon and spend the whole day here.”

Bello Lei Salon does it all, from stylish hair creations, customized facials, therapeutic massages and nail treatments to spa packages and more.

Fitzgerald is pleased to offer a high-end full-service spa in Fallbrook. It is staffed with seasoned professionals, many of whom worked in regarded salons in San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles. Their talent and quest for continuing education raises Bello Lei Salon to a higher level.

Rather than leaving Fallbrook to get these services done, Fitzgerald said, people can stay closer to home.

When creating her salon and day spa, Fitzgerald was mindful of making it comfortable and cozy for her clients. Offering personalized attention was at the forefront of her vision.

“I want our clients to feel that they are well taken care of from the second they walk in the door to the second they leave,” said Fitzgerald. “We want people to feel like a million bucks.” Fitzgerald is one of four well-versed stylists at Bello Lei. The other ladies who create “behind the chair” magic are Sheila Henderson, Nikki Morris and Tasha Dubreuil.

A few of their many specialties include hair extensions, corrective color and precision cuts. Likewise, Dubreuil is a talented makeup artist.

“All four of us were born in Fallbrook,” Fitzgerald added.

For therapeutic massages, both Holly Steele and Annette AuBuchon can be found at Bello Lei.

Their massages include deep tissue, hot stone and reflexology. Additionally, AuBuchon is a Reiki Master of Radiant Massage.

Also onboard is esthetician Kelly Koptieff. Her effective and tailored facial treatments meet the needs of all skin types.

Fitzgerald said she often overhears patrons saying how Koptieff’s facials are the best they’ve ever had.

In the nail department, one can locate quality manicurist Leah Hawkins.

Bello Lei’s great group of professionals, Fitzgerald said, can create the perfect look for anyone. And for those special events, including those upcoming holiday parties, the salon is happy to step in with all those important primping beauty details.
