Swing Chair Yoga benefits beautification effort

FALLBROOK - Kat Folger will donate 100 percent of the proceeds from her Zero “G” Swing Chair Yoga classes during the month of December to the Fallbrook Beautification Alliance. The class is held at Folger’s studio on Wednesdays from 10 to 11 a.m. and 3 to 4 p.m. This unique movement modality offers total body strengthening and lengthening, spinal traction, inversion therapy, balance, rehabilitation and relief from neck and back pain.
