ALLBROOK – Connie Fish, Jack Wood, Frank Hopkins, Bill Walters, Jack Rockwell and Bob James, Paul Harris Fellows all, were feted at a recent Rotary Club of Fallbrook for each taking the next step. Paul Harris was the founder of Rotary. A Paul Harris Fellow is a Rotarian who has donated $1,000 to the Rotary club’s foundation. As members donate additional $1,000 they become PHF 1, 2, 3, and so forth.

The foundation monies are used for community efforts, such as for the Boys and Girls Club, as well as global efforts, such as for the eradication of polio, and providing water, shelter, schools and medical equipment for depressed peoples and villages.
