Spending money where it is really needed

Recently I was invited to support a retirement community in San Diego. However, I can’t support it while there are other people more needy and suffering, such as the Palestinians, for example. They need a state, with borders open to commerce and travel, with houses, infrastructure, agriculture, industry rebuilt, with diplomatic relations worldwide.
Wealthy people and nations can do this by donating money, materials, expert planning, and skilled labor if needed to assist local labor.
The “Peace bonus” from this effort will support many retirement communities.
