Why doesn’t the code enforcement division, specifically Mr. Ortega, take his little code book and go to another local trailer park and cite all those violations there? Is it because they are illegal or cannot afford to pay the fines and thus not provide revenue?

It is interesting how the county turns a blind eye to these areas and allows them free reign but yet goes after a group of people who have probably built all these sheds and utility rooms so that they are sturdy and safe, not some slip shod piece of junk put together from scraps that passes for a room addition or electrical wirin...
