CWA vote drops slightly for FPUD, Rainbow

When the San Diego County Water Authority board approved the 2010 vote entitlement for SDCWA member agencies December 17, the Rainbow Municipal Water District and the Fallbrook Public Utility District were given a slight decrease in their weighted votes from the agencies’ 2009 vote entitlements.

Rainbow will have a 4.16 percent share of the CWA weighted vote during Calendar Year 2010 board meetings while FPUD’s share of the weighted vote will be 2.48 percent.
