FALLBROOK – Wayne Warner, a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, presented his granddaughter Luka Radoci as a Paul Harris Fellow at a recent Rotary Club of Fallbrook meeting. A Paul Harris Fellow is a Rotarian who has donated $1,000 to the Rotary club’s Foundation. As members donate additional $1,000 they become PHF 1, 2, 3, and so forth.
The Foundation monies are used for community efforts, such as for the Boys and Girls Club, Fallbrook Library, and Fallbrook Arts and Music programs, as well as global efforts such as for the eradication of Polio, providing water, shelter, schools, and medical...
