Public invited to take part in art

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook School of the Arts is holding a free open house and early registration on Saturday, January 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. No appointment is necessary; the public is invited to drop-in for a visit or spend the entire day.

Visitors can meet the artists/instructors, watch them work and learn about upcoming programs. They can see live demonstrations of painting, drawing, ceramics, printmaking, stained glass, stone carving, sculpture and more. All ages are welcome to tour the campus and participate in some of the events.

Fallbrook Center for the Arts Group members will also have an opportunity to participate in some of the art activities; all materials will be provided.

Featured artists who will demonstrate their skills include Igor Koutsenko, Helen Shafer Garcia, Amber George, Dixon Fish, Rita Miller, Chris Pardell, Jo Sebern, Jack Janzen, Brandi Sebastian, Dave Thor, Suzan Warne, John Tilton, Wicki Van De Weer, Marilee Ragland and Diego Arias as well as many other talented students from Fallbrook School of the Arts.
