FALLBROOK – Fallbrook High School’s R.O.P. Restaurant Occupations class will present theme nights at the Warrior Grille on Wednesdays from 4:15 to 6:15 p.m. February 3 is La Cocina Night, which will feature Mexican cuisine. Rock ‘n Roll Night on February 10 will include burgers and shakes, while a seafood menu will accompany a Night at the Beach on February 24. The students look forward to serving everyone soon.
