PALA - Valentine’s Day diners will enjoy a cornucopia of choices Sunday, Feb. 14 at Pala Casino Spa & Resort.
From 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., in addition to its eight serving stations, the buffet Choices will expand its Valentine’s Day menu to include peppered prime rib, steamed Alaskan king crab legs, baked oysters Florentine, a New England clam bake station, chilled Canadian snow crab clusters, lobster fajitas, spiced beef filet tips, baby lamb chops with mint drizzle, chilled lobster claws, asparagus spears, t-bone steaks, oysters, lobster bisque, and much more. Pala’s gourmet steak restaurant, The Oak Room, will offer a Valentine’s Day menu that will include specialties such as colossal crab martini with grape tomatoes and roasted corn avocados with spicy lemon dressing or creamy escargots in broche with garlic butter. The Oak Room also will offer a filet with cold water lobster tail with creamy butter sauce or Chilean sea bass with wasabi potatoes and ginger soy. For $36 per person, the Pala Café will offer shrimp cocktail with lemon and cocktail sauce, Chateaubriand of beef with red wine reduction and buccatier of vegetables with a chocolate tower with brownies and vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. Reservations are not required at Pala Café.
