Fallbrook woman killed in freeway accident

A 31-year old Fallbrook woman was fatally injured on Saturday, February 27 when water on an area freeway caused her to lose control of her vehicle.

Sarah Rachelle Phillips was on her way to work in San Diego, driving her Nissan Xterra. She was southbound on Interstate 805 and in the process of connecting onto a ramp to enter southbound Interstate 15 when she traveled through a puddle of water, causing her to lose control of the vehicle.
