FALLBROOK – Legacy Endowment recently presented a grant award in the amount of $13,187 to Elizabeth Hospice.
Elizabeth Hospice provides many programs and services including a family support program that provides family-centered care, helping families deal with issues such as: letter writing, creating ethical wills, food preparation, practical household tasks, phone calls, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, reading, breaks for caregivers, companionship, physician communications, referrals to support resources, and counseling for children and teens.
