FALLBROOK – Soroptimist International of Fallbrook received a tour on February 25 of the REINS facility here in Fallbrook. REINS is making a positive impact in the lives of those who attend its therapeutic riding programs, and the local Soroptimists are getting involved to help support their efforts to make a difference in the community.
