FUHS thanks Bonsall Education Foundation

Fallbrook Union High School would like to extend a huge thank you to Julie Kolezar and the Bonsall Education Foundation for the campus clean-up held on Saturday March 13. Through the Disney promotion, “Give a day, Get a day,” volunteers received free tickets to Disneyland in exchange for volunteer hours. This event drew approximately 380 volunteers. The group picked up trash, painted buildings, pulled weeds and planted flowers. They also washed windows and deep-cleaned the gyms, locker rooms, weight rooms and other facilities.

In addition, the Bonsall Education Foundation is assisting FUHS with securing volunteers to help with the construction of a new press box in the stadium. Currently, volunteer architects are working on obtaining certified drawings in order to begin remodeling the condemned building.
