Andrea Dawn Permito

Andrea Dawn Permito (nee Miller), 41, of Fallbrook, Calif., died March 29, 2010 with her family by her side in Escondido, Calif.

Beloved daughter of Roy A. Miller and Doris Faye Miller, Andrea was born on April 23, 1968 in Clarkston, Wash.

Andrea attended and excelled in track at Mount Carmel High School and San Pasqual High School where she graduated in 1986. She attended San Diego State University earning a B.A. in English in 1991.

Andrea married Curtis M. Permito in 1993 and they made their home in Fallbrook, Calif. She worked as a Nuclear Chemistry Technician for Edison International for 17 years. Heavily involved in her church and community, Andrea served as youth soccer coach, manager and referee; church altar-server coordinator, and numerous other volunteer positions. Andrea enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, watching movies, scrap-booking, and attending Bible study. Andrea’s principal devotion was to raising her three children whom she dearly loved. Apart from being a dedicated and loving mother, Andrea will be fondly remembered for her indomitable spirit, unmatched energy and passion, her gentle grace and wit, and her generous, compassionate heart.

Andrea is survived by her husband Curt; her daughters, Regan and Riley; son, Curtis Jr.; mother, Doris Faye Miller; sister, Carla Cook; and brother Michael Simpson. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Roy A. Miller.

Funeral Services were held on April 7, 2010.
