Supervisors grant time extensions for 17 subdivision agreements, seven in Bonsall and Fallbrook

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 March 24 to extend the performance completion dates for the infrastructure of 17 approved subdivision maps, including seven maps in Bonsall and Fallbrook.

The dates by which the infrastructure must be completed, in the absence of a subsequent time extension, is now March 24, 2012, for all 17 projects. The agreements cover completion of road, water, sewer, and other infrastructure improvements but do not require completion of the homes or other lot improvements themselves.
