FALLBROOK – The TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) weight group recently installed new officers for the year. The group meets every Friday morning at the Fallbrook Public Utility District board room at 990 E. Mission Rd., Fallbrook. Weigh-in is at 9:30 a.m. and the meeting takes place from 10 to 11 a.m. Visitors are welcome....
