Film festival organizers thank residents, businesses

Fallbrook is truly an amazing town, and the Fallbrook Film Festival would like to say a big “thank you” to all who contributed to the success of the Third Annual Film Festival.

So many pitched in that it would be hard to thank everyone individually, but let us say that the restaurants at the party were fantastic, the Orizaba Wine was incredible and Robin Adler and Dave Blackburn made beautiful music.

The filmmakers who attended for the first time couldn’t stop talking about the beauty and friendliness of our little village. Frank Capra III was thrilled to be back and fondly remembered the years spent in Fallbrook when he was a young boy. Even George Hamilton was impressed, comparing us to the chateau country in France.

We feel so privileged to be bringing this exciting event to Fallbrook and we know that we could never do it without the help of the organizations, merchants and individuals who rallied behind us with generous donations of sponsorships, goods and services and attendance.

We pledge to continue our hard work in making the Fallbrook Film Festival bigger and better each year, to attracting more filmmakers, celebrities and attendees and to keep raising awareness of Fallbrook as an important art community.

We know we could never do it without you, so thanks again to our friendly village. You really live up to your name.

Adrienne Armstrong Adler
