Brandon Gallery takes Inside Out with exhibition at Village Square

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook’s Brandon Gallery has set the first “Inside Out” exhibition of fine art as this artist cooperative takes over the nearby Village Square for two shows May 1 and 2.

Kay Kalar, Brandon Gallery coordinator for the free event, said the artists’ work goes on display Saturday, May 1, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, May 2, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

In addition to Kalar and her paintings, other prominent local artists on display include Jim Bates, Jerry Kalman, Angela Koenig, Rita Miller, Noreen Ring, Linda Thorne, Alberto Varela and Carol Zaleski. Several members will demonstrate their styles and techniques during the two-day run of the “Inside Out” exhibition. Most pieces of art, ranging from unique greeting cards and jewelry on up through sculpture and paintings will be available for sale, with many items bearing deep discounts from original gallery prices.
