I am writing this letter to acknowledge the excellence in customer service given at Ocean Waves Salon.

On a very important day in my daughter’s life, we experienced a “hair-do tragedy” and were limited on time to have it corrected. We knew the chances to find a salon at the last minute was next to impossible, but we decided to give it a try.
